The Space: Your Private Retreat. You'll be renting a clean, bright, and comfortable furnished bedroom in a single floor Craftsman home. All wood floors with plenty of natural light and central heat/ac.
Single Room Details: This room features a queen size bed, two closets and is $1250 per month for one person.
Shared Room Details: This room features two full size beds, two closets and is $850 per month per person, for up to two people.
Bathroom Access: the home has two shared bathrooms, both with bathtubs and showers.
Shared Amenities: Enjoy access to shared spaces including a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator/dishwasher and a gas stove/oven, a cozy living room, and both a fenced backyard and spacious front porch perfect for relaxing. In-unit washer/dryer are available on-site.
Utilities & Internet: Rent includes high-speed Wi-Fi, water, garbage and an allowance of up to $350 per month for gas & electricity bill combined. Anything above $350 is divided equally between all three tenants.
Transportation: Quick access to I-20 and I-75/85. If you drive, you can be on campus within 10 minutes, even during rush hour.

Bus line 832 also provides a direct route from Grant Park to Spelman from early morning to late night. Bus line 7 travels to other locations.
